1. What this service is
The Daily Booger is a publication. We read publicly available finance videos in several languages, report the market predictions their creators state publicly, translate those statements, and measure how they turned out against subsequent market prices. Every item links to the video it came from.
We publish on a general and regular basis to all subscribers alike. Paid subscribers can filter what they receive to a list of assets they choose. That filter selects which of our published items you see. It does not produce advice about you, and we do not know, ask, or take into account your holdings, means, objectives, risk tolerance or circumstances.
2. This is not investment advice
Nothing on this service is investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any security or other instrument.
- We are not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, research analyst, or financial institution in any jurisdiction, and we are not registered as one.
- We have no house view on any asset and we never tell you what to do.
- We are not paid by, affiliated with, or acting for any creator, issuer or platform whose content we report.
- We hold no position in anything we report on and take no compensation for coverage.
Statements we report are the opinions of the named creators, not ours. Reporting an opinion is not endorsing it. Ranking a creator is not endorsing them either.
3. Scores describe the past and predict nothing
A Booger Score measures how a creator's past public statements turned out against what chance would have produced. It is a historical measurement. The method behind it is proprietary and not published.
We have tested whether these scores predict anything and they do not.A creator's past accuracy carries no useful signal about their next call. A high score is not a forecast that the creator will be right again. Our scoring is not financial advice. Do not use this service as a basis for a financial decision.
4. Accuracy, and how to correct us
Statements are extracted from video titles and descriptions by an automated system. It can be wrong: it can attribute a prediction to the wrong video, read a direction backwards, or resolve an asset to the wrong instrument. Prices come from third-party data we do not control. We make no warranty that anything here is accurate, complete or current.
If you are a creator we cover: write to corrections@dailybooger.com. We will correct or remove a disputed item, and we will remove your channel entirely on request, without argument. Every claim we publish shows the source video so you can check it against what you actually said.
5. Third-party content
Video titles, descriptions, thumbnails and channel names belong to their creators. We display them for reporting and commentary alongside a link to the source, and we access them through the YouTube API in line with the YouTube Terms of Service. Translations shown beneath an original headline are ours and machine-produced; where a translation and the original differ, the original governs. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for YouTube or Google.
6. Conversations
Threads are open per asset. Reading is free; posting requires an account so every comment is attributable. By posting you agree to these rules:
- Argue about assets, markets and public statements — not about people. Comments attacking a private individual, or asserting facts about a named person you cannot support, will be removed.
- No investment advice, solicitation, or promotion of your own product or holdings.
- No unlawful content. We comply with blocking obligations under applicable law, including 정보통신망법 임시조치 in Korea.
Every comment carries a report control. Reports enter a logged queue with a timestamp; removal is recorded with its reason and kept on file. If you are named in a comment and want it reviewed, write to reports@dailybooger.com — you do not need an account.
7. Your account
Access requires an email address or a Google sign-in. You may unsubscribe or have your account deleted at any time. Do not use the service unlawfully, do not scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, and do not resell or redistribute the graded data.
8. Paid subscriptions
Paid plans are sold through a merchant of record, who is the seller for that transaction and handles billing and tax. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period you have paid for. Statutory withdrawal and cancellation rights in your country apply and are not affected by anything in this agreement.
Readers who signed in while full access was open at no charge keep that access on those terms.
9. Availability, liability
The service is provided as-is with no guarantee of availability, and we may change or discontinue any part of it. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including any trading or investment loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
